We have extensive experience working with clients, providing design assistance, providing request for proposals from consultants, review consultant proposals and engage the design team for the project. Working on behalf of client with the consultants to finalize design and provide input to meet client’s desired outcome and budget requirements.
We provide complete trade tendering of the project for contract submissions and contract awards, manage trade progress claims and submissions.
We provide day-to-day onsite supervision and operation of all construction activities, ensure safety standards are maintained for a safe work environment, maintain quality control and scheduling of trades.
Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years we understand craftsmanship, quality and maintaining schedules are the key to satisfied repeat clients.
